Adult Program Registration

PWRC uses Regatta Central for it's club management solution. Through the secure site, participants register for club offered programs by completing a short registration form. All members are required to complete a short registration form gathering critical member information such as name, age, weight, and contact information. All information provided is confidential and will be shared with your coach. Club registration fees can be paid via credit card through Regatta Central when you sign up or by personal check sent via mail to PWRC. PWRC as a non-profit organization relies on the support from our community. If you are so inclined, donations are welcome. Donations help us to pay for new equipment that can be shared with our partners.

The Prince William Rowing Club makes committments to coaches and equipment based on the number of rowers signed up at the beginning of the season. Should a member experience an unforseen scheduling or physical issue including injury that would otherwise prevent them from participating in the program on a fulltime basis, a full refund can be provided if the request is presented prior to June 30, 2008. PWRC strives to ensure all members have an opportunity to participate in some form even if the member experiences an unforseen issue. Talk with your coach or one of our board members for opportunities you may not have realized were there.

* - This option is available for credit card transactions only. The installment plan payment schedule is defined below. Please contact the regatta director with any questions you might have.
First payment due upon registration.
Second payment due July 1, 2008.
Final payment due August 1, 2008.

+ - PWCA high school coxswains and coaches wishing to participate should sign up using this Membership Option. Only parents or guardians may register a high school coxswain. Please download the US Rowing Waiver for both you and a parent to sign and turn into the Operations Director (Mr. Sorensen). High school coaches whose booster clubs have arranged with the PWRC Operations Director to provide a boat to PWRC in lieu of a paid membership for said Coach should use this no cost membership option to sign up for 2008.
