Registration Instructions Prince William Rowing Club uses iCrew application for registration and regattas. Please download the iCrew application and click here to obtain detailed registration instructions for the application.
Payment Options
Pay IN FULL using Bank Transfers/Debit, ACH (eCheck) or Credit Card
Payment plan (3 payments) for full season registrations : First of the month for 3 months starting at registration via Credit Card
No Personal Checks accepted for Registration
Processing Fees
Bank Transfers/ACH payments will incur a 1% processing fee
Credit/Debit Card payments will incur a 3.75% processing fee
Camps are exempt from processing fee
Regatta Fees
Participation in regattas is not included in full season registration fee
Rowers who participate in regattas will pay per race via iCrew or personal check
Billing Policy Full Membership Fees are fully refundable up to June 19, less an administrative fee of 10%. If a rower withdraws on, or after June 19, but before June 30, Full Membership Fees are refundable less 20%. Beginning July 1, Membership Fees are no longer refundable.
